The song began with a simple observation about these times we live in where the people yelling the loudest about freedom are the ones working to take it away. We've got to fight more than ever for it, for all of us. 

FREE marks my return to piano after decades of focusing on guitar. It is the first song off my upcoming (for now untitled) EP! I'm very proud of it and thankful that it resonates with so many. It streams 8/18.
